A critical issue for frontline practitioners is the lack of relevant training and resources to help them understand and address the health issues of their clients. This is compounded by the limited connectivity with peers and the absence of networks for frontline practitioners.

Our consultations with frontline practitioners have led to the Frontline Health program collaborating with partners to develop web-based training tools called “e-Learning modules”. These short courses allow frontline professionals to quickly assimilate key learnings, knowledge and insights from colleagues who have expertise in specific areas of frontline practice.

These easy-to-use modules utilize audio, flash animation, text and graphics to apply adult-learning principles that enable users to explore case studies and conduct self-assessment activities.

Several e-Learning modules have now been launched or are in development. Check back to see our new modules as they are introduced.
